Continuing education

It is important that I am always learning. The field of Periodontics is constantly changing and in order to keep up, I must always be learning new things. I am excited to explore new treatments and techniques in order to provide my patients with the best possible care.

Board certification

Periodontists are given the opportunity to become board certified by making significant achievements beyond the required level of educational training. This international distinction is only held by a fraction of Periodontists worldwide.

I am fortunate to have the support of my family and community. I look forward to sharing my expertise in the field of Periodontics and helping people achieve their dental health goals.

Continuing Education

Dr. Bennett has a firm belief that being a life-long learner is necessary in order to provide proper clinical care. Much of this comes from his passion and love for the profession of Dentistry and the work he does as a Periodontist. As such, he has committed himself to pursuing continuing education. In fact, he has traveled extensively in search of the best and most relevant coursework. In addition to seeking continuing education, Dr. Bennett has lectured extensively for Dentists, Dental Specialists and Dental Hygienists throughout the country on topics including Periodontal (Gum) Disease, Dental Implants, Gum Grafting.

Board Certification

Becoming a Periodontist requires at least three additional years of clinical and didactic training following four years of Dental School. However, the highest level of distinction is to become board certified within the specialty of Periodontics. Most Periodontists elect to not pursue that status. In 2014, Dr. Bennett was completed the multi-year process and was named a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

Thank you to all of our patients who have reviewed us online! We now have a perfect 5/5 star rating across the board!

  • Everyone in the office, from the moment I walked in the door, was courteous and friendly: It is a good team that makes a patient feel relaxed, yet fully informed regarding the procedures, ongoing and future, that are involved in treatment. Thanks… for teaching me the proper way to brush!
